Relationship
What the parent relationship means
Whitewater Intelligence is the parent company. Whitewater Dev is its development arm: the group that designs and builds software and websites, rather than a separate agency with a shared name.
For a client that has two practical consequences. The first is continuity: the studio sits inside an existing company with its own infrastructure, accounts and standards, so a project is not resting on one freelance calendar. The second is directness: the arm is small, so the person who scopes your work is the person who builds it and the person who answers you afterwards.
We work from Chamblee, GA, USA and take on projects anywhere. Every engagement runs on clear written communication, which is also what makes distance a non-issue.

How to judge us without a client list
There are no logos or case studies on this page. No client has authorized us to publish theirs, and we will not invent one. So judge the work by the thing you are already using: this site is built exactly the way a client's site is built, and nearly all of it is verifiable from your side of the screen right now.
- Every language, as a real route. Every page here exists at its own address in 8 languages, with the correct text direction, its own set of language alternates and a canonical that points at itself. The switch is in the footer. Nothing is machine translated and there is no translation widget.
- Accessibility you can test yourself. Every page is audited automatically at phone, tablet and desktop widths in both color schemes, and a failure stops the deploy. Tab through this page with the keyboard, or point whichever audit tool you trust at it.
- No third-party scripts. Open your browser's network panel. Apart from the bot check on the contact form, nothing loads from a domain that is not ours: no analytics beacon, no font service, no tag manager, no session recorder. The fonts and the images are served from here.
- Security headers you can read. A content security policy that permits no unpinned inline script, strict transport security, no content sniffing, a referrer policy and framing protection. Response headers are public, so check them.
- A test suite that gates every change, including ours. This site's repository carries the same automated checks we hand over with a project: accessibility, locale parity, metadata hygiene, link integrity, security headers, page structure. A red run blocks the deploy.
- A dark scheme that was designed, not inverted. Change your system appearance while you read this and watch what happens to the paper, the ink and the drawings. That is the level of finish the rest of the work gets.
- A parent company you can check. Whitewater Intelligence is a real company with its own site and its own infrastructure, and this studio is its development arm.

What we hold to
A studio is its standards. These are the ones we apply to every project, and they are the reason this site is built the way it is.
Design for the brand, not from a theme
Where a brand already exists we work from it and extend it; where it does not, we design one. Either way there is no theme, no page builder and no recycled layout, which is why our work does not have a house look you could pick out of a lineup.
Correctness is not optional
Accessibility, performance, metadata and security are engineering requirements with automated checks, not items on a proposal that quietly get dropped near the deadline.
Own what you paid for
The repository, the content and the hosting account are yours. Nothing we build should depend on us continuing to exist.
Say the true thing
No invented statistics, no borrowed logos, no promised rankings. If we do not know, or cannot do it well, we tell you.
