The form and the address arrive in the same studio inbox. Either is a good way to start, and a real person reads both.
What helps us reply well
- What you are building. A paragraph in your own words is plenty. A full specification is welcome but never required.
- What it has to achieve. More enquiries, fewer manual hours, a site you are no longer embarrassed to send. The goal shapes the proposal.
- What already exists. A current site, a logo, a spreadsheet holding the business together, a half-finished project.
- Any date that matters. A launch, an event, a season. If the timing is impossible we will say so straight away.
Where we are
We work from Chamblee, GA, USA, and we take on projects anywhere. Every engagement runs on clear written communication, so distance has never been the hard part.

What happens to what you send us
A short and complete account, because a form that asks for your name, your address and your message should say where all three of them go.
- Your message becomes an email, and nothing else. The form posts to a small endpoint on this domain, which formats the three fields into an email and sends it to sales@wwi.dev. There is no database behind it, no marketing list, no customer system, and no third-party form service keeping a copy.
- Who reads it. The studio. That address is our own inbox, and the person who replies is the person who would do the work.
- What we do with it. We reply. If the project goes ahead, the thread stays as the record of what was discussed. We do not sell it, share it, or add you to a mailing list, and you will not receive anything you did not ask for.
- How long we keep it. As long as the conversation and the ordinary business record need it. Ask us to delete your message and we will delete it and confirm that it is done.
- The one third party on this page. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot check served by Cloudflare that decides whether the sender is a person. It is the only thing this site fetches from a domain that is not ours, and it may keep a short-lived value in your browser to remember that the check passed. There is no advertising business behind it.
- No tracking, and you can verify that. We set no analytics or advertising cookies and load no tracker, tag manager or session recorder anywhere on this site. Your browser's network panel lists everything a page fetches: apart from the bot check above, all of it is served from this domain.
- What the request itself reveals. As with any website, the hosting platform sees the technical details of your visit (an address, a browser string, the page you asked for) and uses them to serve the site and to stop abuse. We do not build a profile from that and it is never joined to your message.
- If you would rather not use the form. Write to sales@wwi.dev directly. It arrives in the same inbox and asks nothing at all of your browser.
